Fees and Insurance
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the tooth needing treatment and the extent of that treatment. Molars are more difficult to treat and therefore the fee is usually more. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.
For your convenience we accept most traditional (PPO) insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your particular dental plan.
We accept checks, cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We also offer a flexible payment plans through CareCredit or Cherry. It allows you to make interest-free payments over a period of time.

Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to make any changes, we kindly ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated missed appointments may also affect your ability to schedule future visits.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, as it helps us provide timely and efficient care to all of our patients.
Privacy Policy and Communication
Our office respects your privacy and is committed to clear, thorough communication with you, your referring dentist, our team, your insurance provider, and any other dental specialists involved in your care. We strictly adhere to the guidelines and standards established by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
If you would like us to share your information with individuals not directly involved in your oral healthcare such as a spouse, family member, or friend, please contact our office to request a HIPAA authorization form.
